An estate agent must have strong juridical, technical and commercial knowledge and have a good contacts and negotiation skills to satisfy his clients needs.
On top of this I have a passion for houses and this will help me to help you find your ideal home in the Creuse. All the old houses in Creuse have been built by builders who were also farmers and who had to do both jobs well to make a better life. Each house is unique and has a story to tell, that is fascinating.
I am originally from Creuse, but when I was 18, as many other young people, I had to move away from the Creuse to study. I first spent some time in Le Havre and then I have been working over nine years abroad. Those experiences have been very enriching and have enabled me to improve my foreign languages and get to know other cultures. But they also enabled me to realize that the area I came from had many attractive features, and a most extraordinary quality of life. When I came back to Creuse in 2002 I found a job as a negotiator in an estate agency. I have done this for nearly five years and the next logical step was to set up my own agency.
